If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign tags may be included with your enquiry. A separate optional checkbox records whether you would like service updates.

We use your submission to understand the request, prepare or discuss a proposal, provide support, respond to feedback and keep a record of the correspondence. Optional marketing consent is not required to send an enquiry.
Website operation
A session cookie supports form security, receipts and administrator sign-in. The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. Your connection address is converted to a keyed fingerprint for temporary abuse controls; the application does not store that address with the enquiry. The hosting provider may keep separate server access logs.
Storage, access and email
Submissions and supporting files are held in the website’s private enquiry system. Authorised administrators can access them. If email delivery is enabled, notification messages are sent through the configured mail provider. A WhatsApp link, when available, opens WhatsApp and is subject to that service’s own privacy terms.
Retention and your requests
Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of optional marketing consent, or deletion of information you provided. Include enough context to identify the relevant request, such as its reference number. We will review the request and any continuing record-keeping requirements.
